From our coastal vineyards. A dry sparkling wine with zesty citrus aromas. Light straw with a yellow tint in color. Green apple and citrus fruits on the nose. The palate is zesty with lively bubbles.

Love it!

Great dry taste. Carbonization lasts for more than two days, but the bottle’s usually emptied before then. Can also use as a great base for adding flavor or fruit.

Discovered this wine at a friend's birthday party and loved it. It is a drier style, with great acidity. Have enjoyed the couple bottles we have bought since.
